Free Flow Pilates began in Faren’s living room in 2020, born from her desire to share a thoughtful and joyful approach to movement.
With over a decade of teaching experience, Faren developed her own style, combining Pilates, dance, and yoga to create intuitive sessions that support each client’s unique journey. What started as virtual classes soon grew into outdoor gatherings and a connected community of people who love to move.
Today, Free Flow Pilates is a quiet, expert-led studio in the heart of Yorkville Village.
We provide one-on-one and small-format sessions that are carefully tailored to each person’s goals.
Whether you are working with an injury, just beginning Pilates, or looking to build long-term strength, you will receive dedicated attention and high-quality instruction.
Our studio has two private rooms, each fully equipped with STOTT V2 MAX reformers and towers, providing a calm and focused space for your practice.
